Things people usually want to know
Do you publish your prices?

No — every wedding is different and pricing depends on coverage duration, travel requirements, and any add-ons. I give clear, itemised quotes after an initial conversation. I'm transparent about costs and there are no surprises.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible, particularly for popular dates in spring and early summer. That said, it's always worth enquiring even if your date is close — cancellations do happen and I may be available.

Do you travel outside South Africa?

Yes — I've been photographing weddings globally since 2008 and travel is always welcome. Travel costs are discussed openly as part of the quoting process.

How long until we receive our photographs?

Galleries are delivered within eight weeks of your wedding via a private online gallery with full download access. For destination or complex weddings this may be slightly longer.

Do you do engagement shoots?

Yes, and I recommend them — not because the images are necessarily the point, but because spending an hour or two together before the wedding makes a real difference on the day itself. You'll be more comfortable in front of the camera.

Can we meet before booking?

Always. I like to speak with couples before confirming anything — by phone, video call, or over coffee in Johannesburg. It's important that we're a good fit for each other, and a conversation helps establish that quickly.
