We have had less interesting times in our lives than what we’ve experienced over the last two weeks or so. Lots of rain, radical alterations to wedding plans, babies of best friends arriving, strange camera breakdowns and repairs, and a couple of nasty bugs and other ailments doing the rounds (one struck me like lightning at Chané and Bryan’s wedding—I almost didn’t make the five-minute trip back home. Those were really hard times from what I remember).
All that aside, Le Manoir really impressed us with their immaculate venue and 5-star service this past weekend, and Chané and Bryan ended up having one seriously kick-ass wedding there, despite the monsoon rains that swept through the area right before the start of the ceremony. Chané seemed cool as ice through the whole ordeal, but from what I heard, Bryan didn’t do so well, with his bride-to-be arriving an hour late and all that (mainly due to the fact that the gate jammed because of all the rain and they couldn’t enter the venue grounds—which, of course, he didn’t know).
Following are a couple of images, and then I seriously need to wrap this up. We are actually attending a wedding tomorrow (no cameras attached) and then shooting again on Saturday. Me need sleep.
